While Me.p.la’s roots trace back to the 1950s, the company officially began manufacturing premium cold-rolled solutions under the Me.p.la Srl name in 1963. A landmark transition occurred in 2007 with its acquisition by Sider Engineering Spa, followed by the permanent relocation of its headquarters from Lecco to Udine in 2009. Fully integrated into the Sider Engineering S.p.A. Group since 2012, Me.p.la combines decades of industrial heritage with rigorous modern standards, backed by ISO 9001 certification.

Leveraging the advanced versatility of our rolling mills, we manufacture a comprehensive range of custom and standard cold-rolled profiles. Our specialized capabilities include trapezoids, rhombuses, triangles, wrought iron profiles, and ‘Double T’ sections, to meet our clients’ exact specifications.
Our standard production capabilities range from a minimum of 4 mm to a maximum of 12 mm. Beyond this standard range, our flexible manufacturing lines allow us to engineer custom intermediate dimensions and specific tolerances upon request to meet your exact project requirements.
Yes, we fully support the manufacturing of half-round copper profiles. Please note that alongside our semi-oval and half-round configurations, our specialized rolling lines also enable us to produce custom oval and elliptical profiles in copper to meet your exact application requirements.
